THE PALM JEBEL ALI
The second of the artificial giant palm constructions in the Arabian Gulf will be 50% bigger than "The Palm Jumeirah". You'll have water parks, hotels, villas and beautiful water homes building a poem of Sheikh Mohammed visible from the sky. Opening is scheduled for 2007 but the construction is still at ground-breaking level, which makes it quite obvious that the completion date will be delayed by at least a year.
